The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

How soon must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time. If your appointment was for 'same day' then you must cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment start time.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do you wash windows?Yes we do!

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes. However, we do allow for appointment rescheduling if due to an emergency.

Do you clean the outside of vehicles?We only clean the exterior of small vehicles (cars, vans, suvs etc.). We do not clean the exterior of commercial vehicles.

Payments Accepted
We accept cash, cheques, and e-transfers. We do not accept credit or debit yet.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice if you chose to cancel your appointment.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you notice a spot our cleaners have missed while cleaning, please point it out immediately after we have finished and we will correct it to meet your standards.
